This page explains our text messaging program: what we send, how often, how you opt in, and how you stop. It applies to text messages sent by Investment Property Builders, operated by DuCar Construction, LLC.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You can work with Investment Property Builders without ever agreeing to texts — just tell us to call or email instead.
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us and where you are in the process. Most people receive a handful of messages around a scheduled consultation. During an active project, messages may be more frequent. We do not send a fixed number of messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them depending on your plan. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to be removed from our text messaging program. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will not send you any more texts.
You can also text END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE. Or simply tell us by phone or email.
Opting out of texts does not cancel your consultation or your project. It only stops the text messages. We can still reach you by phone or email if you want us to.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier network and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.
Our messages are supported on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support may change without notice.
Your mobile number and your consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. To restate the point that matters most: we do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers who deliver our messages, and only so they can deliver them.
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the Last updated date at the top of this page.
