Our standard

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, cognitive, motor, and other disabilities.

What we have done

• Text and background colors are chosen for readable contrast
• Images carry descriptive alternative text for screen readers
• The site uses proper heading structure so screen readers can navigate it
• The site works on phones, tablets, and computers, and text scales with your browser zoom
• Interactive controls can be reached and operated with a keyboard
• Videos on the site play muted by default; a visible control turns sound on
• The entire site is available in English and Spanish through the language toggle in the header
• Contact information is available in text form — phone and email — not only inside images

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review the site as we add to it and fix issues as we find them. We know some areas need continued attention, including captions and transcripts for our video lessons, and we are working on them.

Third-party content

Some parts of this site are provided by other companies — most notably the appointment booking calendar and the chat widget. We do not control their code. If you have trouble with any of those, please contact us directly by phone or email and we will help you personally and complete whatever you were trying to do.
